VOB BMW Sales & Service Center

Overview

Bates Architects, PC completed their latest building in a series of VOB BMW projects in Rockville, MD in 2012. The project took existing structure and provided a new interior layout and exterior cladding. The scope included a luxury grade waiting area for patrons as they waited for work to be performed on their vehicles. This project was completed for $5,900,000.

UBA was retained to develop a schematic design for this unique site in Bethesda, Maryland. The program includes customer amenities such as a covered drop off area, service write up, waiting room, parts boutique and coffee bar.

Service Functions will include lift stations for 30 cars, parts storage, special tools area as well as a multi-level parking garage for storage of service cars and new and used car inventory.

Bates Architects undertook the design of this exterior and interior renovation of an existing outdated showroom and service center and created a state of the art facility for VOB BMW. The project was completed on time and budget ($5,900,000) in 2011.
