This private residence was built for, AND BY, the clients. This new traditional style house takes advantage of a large open lot allowing the owners to site it based on views and lighting. With a primary suite that takes up almost half of the second floor and three large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms the second floor is accessed via a custom 3 story stair tower. The first floor includes a 3-car garage, mudroom access from both the front and rear yards, a double height great room with expansive glass on both levels, and a black and white themed kitchen with two large islands and a corner window above the sink. The basement includes large open flex space, a gym, and a home theater.
